Holly is a beautiful 11yr old English Springer Spaniel. She came into our rescue from a hoarding situation and she'd sadly been severely neglected. She's been in our care since just before Christmas. She's been living in a loving foster home whilst we built her strength, weight and confidence back up to normal. We've spayed and fully vaccinated Holly and she had 3 over sized mammory glands/nipples removed which turned out benign . She's had a full health test including X-rays and blood tests. All good no issues so she's ready for her forever home now. Holly gets on with other polite dogs but would really prefer to be the home as in her last home she lived with over 35 other dogs!!!. Any resident dogs would need to be polite and not in her face, they would also need to be neutered as she is. Holly can't live with cats unfortunately. She needs a fairly active home with a couple of 45 min walks a day and some holiday adventures, she's possibly never been to the beach in her life so we'd love her to have some new adventures. She needs a fully secure garden with at least 5ft fencing. Holly can be left alone for s couple of hours no issues but we are looking for someone who will be with her most of the time as a loving companion. She deserves a person or two of her own after the neglect she has suffered. She travels well and is fully house trained . She's a big foody so will eat anything left out but again this is due to her last and her being starved of food and attention. Holly is a real sweet, loving, affect girl and we don't have a bad word to say about her. If you can offer her the active retirement home and fit all the criteria please get in touch.
