Description

This is Moose, a 15 month old neutered and chipped boy puppy needing a forever home.. I have Mooses Mum, a 30kg Czech Shepherd, and my partner has his Dad, a 40kg Dutch Shepherd, or Herder. We are fostering Moose as his family life fell apart, and he's looking for a forever home through no fault of his own. Moose has been back with us for a month and I've been taking him to work with me every day. He has a lovely temperament, very calm and affectionate. These dogs bond massively to their human, they are more like a life companion than a pet. He's perfect with kids and other dogs - he just wants to play, there's no aggression. He does get separation anxiety so will need to be with his human all the time - would suit WFH or active retired couple, or outdoor single person. Best he's the only animal - he will be protective of handler and property. If there is another dog best its a young female. No cats. Large secure garden a must - he's a very active dog. Large dog experience also vital - he will need ongoing training. These are very bright dogs with a very good longevity and general health.I would imagine Moose will get to roughly 35kgs at full weight. Rural or semi-rural locations only. There will be a vetting process. He is neutered and chipped. He's the most lovely dog, with no issues other than separation anxiety, which fades in time. He is a stunning dog - I get asked what he is by everyone.. thanks
