Description
I have had her since she was 5 months old and I love her so much, the only reason I'm selling her is because of having to move to a flat that does not allow pets. I'm selling only to someone: - Who has good experience with birds. - Have the time and financial capacity for it. - No students, as it will be difficult to properly care for her. - who doesn't mind letting Reeki fly outside the cage during the day or is willing to buy an XL cage. 1. Basic Information - Name: Reeki - Species: peach-faced lovebird (albino) - Age: 2 years and 10 months - Gender: Female 2. Dietary Needs - Type of Food: corn, broccolini stems, spinach, mixed seeds, Harrison’s pellets. - Special Dietary Requirements: vitamin drops and probiotics in her water (included). 3. Cage - Cage Size: she has a medium-sized cage (included). She likes to sleep in her cage but stays outside of the cage during the day. 4. Behavior and Social Needs - Temperament: comfortable and social with humans, likes to cuddle a lot, quite bossy but funny and somehow charismatic. - Interaction: she was hand-raised so she does not mind being handled and jumps on my arm if I give her a cue for that. She recognises her name and likes cuddling and sleeping on my shoulders. - Toys and Stimulation: she plays "Peekaboo" and tries to find me when I hide behind the door. It takes her time to try new games as she can be hesitant, but it would help if she observes another bird using the toy. 5. Health and Veterinary Care - Vet Clinic and Visits: She is registered with a vet in Glasgow and I take her for routine checks every 3-6 months. - Health: Her feet have always been larger than average. The vet said that it's normal for her and does not impact her health. - Bathing: she likes to take a bath every 2-3 days. Does not mind the bathroom sink or a large dish. Note: I'll add more pictures of Reeki and her cage later on For more information feel free to contact me.
