Officially Danrossi Patriot, but Rossi to his friends, this boy was given up by his hunter despite having a pedigree. Along with Pirlo, his hunter no longer wanted him as he wasn’t useful for hunting. Although they were rescued at different times, they are brothers from the same litter.
Rossi arrived at the shelter rather scared and nervous to approach people, taking a lot of persuasion to come out of his kennel at times and then more persuasion to go to bed for the night. Despite that, he’s really come out of his shell in a short space of time and is showing his true personality. He is full of joy and is very sociable with the other dogs and loves to play.
Although shy with people at first, he’s grown really fond of the lady looking after him and is always at her side while she goes about her cleaning chores. Now he’s feeling braver, he really enjoys human company and loves to be petted.
Rossi is looking for a patient home who can help him adapt to home life as he may take a step back leaving the shelter. He’d thrive in a home with a resident dog and is also cat tested
