We are an animal rescue based in Bridport . The multicoloured bun is a dwarf Dutch (called sky) and the black a full Dutch who is not yet a year old called Marley) after rescuing sky we took him on to pair and it’s been very successful . Now they are paired and healthy we want to give them to an experienced home. Marley is very healthy big boy but Sky is sensitive to respiratory issues due to how he was kept before we rescued him so it’s imperative he is kept dry and warm and lots of fresh veg .
. They are used to living in an open double hutch in an insulated dry and heated with heat lamps in an outdoor shed and access to a large run during the day (could with a bigger one now with more stimulation it’s getting warmer and they are outside more) . They can be in the garden in the hutch during the summer but will need shade and out of the wind. They are very close and prefer each other to humans but have been handled and will tolerate a cuddle like most bunny pairs ! Daily cuddles would do them some good- Sky is full of personality and hilarious and loves dogs and Marley is quite shy and stays close to sky .
You are very welcome to the double hutch - it’s quite big - can send dimensions or possibly help deliver -and their run and all their extras including some food and hay etc but we are keeping the shed so you will need to have something for them to go into that’s watertight and draught free . They are very well looked after with fresh veg and hay every day so I would only rehome them to someone willing to keep with as much care and dedication! The price includes everything including a barn infrared heat Lamp and a smaller overnight one with a stat. Please message with any queries
