Description

Really reluctant sale. We’ve absolutely loved having Nala since August last year. I got her from a breeder in Wisbech, Norfolk. We took her to puppy training within the first couple months of having her so she is good with basic commands, such as sit, wait, here. She is house trained. But I think it’s fair to say that as she is a stubborn breed she sometimes does have selective hearing! Her recall isn’t great, again because she likes to be stubborn, however she’s so good on a lead. She’s happy to walk alongside, she rarely pulls. She has been living with 2 children, another dog and 2 cats. She likes the cats but they definitely do not like her because she’s far too heavy footed when it comes with her wanting to play with them! She enjoys walks but does get tired quick. She’s been eating raw food with biscuit twice a day and occasionally has moon bones inbetween. I really have gone back and forth on whether I wanted to rehome Nala or not. The main reason is that she is such a strong breed that she’s been quite a lot for my kids to tolerate. And I think my older dog also finds living with her a bit much. She wants to play but just doesn’t know her own strength and I think in hindsight she wasn’t the most suitable breed for my youngest child. Her last trip to the vets was about 2 months ago when she had conjunctivitis, other than needing eye drops, everything else about her is fine. Full health, good weight, no other issues. She is booked to be neutered in the May, obviously if she is rehomed by then that’ll be the new owners decision. I really want her to go to a good home and not somebody that wants to use her for breeding or to make money from her. She’s a soppy dog. She loves to be loved and she deserves the very best home. If my children were older she would definitely be staying as there is nothing bad about her that I can say, I just have to do what is right at the moment. If you have a nice home and a garden and have the time to give her all the love she deserves then please do contact me. I’d really appreciate to learn a little about you too and maybe pics of the home she’ll be going too. Thank you so much for reading! Chloe & Nala
