Billy had no memory of warmth. His world had always been cold—cold pavement beneath his tiny paws, cold winds biting through his fragile body, cold nights spent curled up alone on the side of a road in Eastern Europe. His small belly ached with hunger, and his heart, though still young, knew nothing but loneliness.

He learned what it felt like to be cared for, to be loved. His once-dull eyes brightened, his frail body grew strong, and his playful spirit began to shine.
Now, Billy is ready. Ready for a family to call his own. He is extremely affectionate, incredibly kind, and overflowing with love. He adores cuddles and kisses and has the biggest heart for everyone he meets. He’s wonderful with kids, other dogs, and even cats, making him the perfect addition to any loving home.
