Jasper is a super lovely, medium sized boy. We believe he would be happiest as an only dog, with humans who were around a lot. This boy needs an adult only home with a person or people who are experience in rescue dog guardianship.
He genuinely enjoys his own company, and can entertain himself for hours with toys, as long as his humans are present. If he's left entirely on his own, he does suffer some separation anxiety when in a large space, but settles well in a room or crate or kennel that is his.
He enjoys going for walks with dogs, but is hit and miss with dog friends on the whole.
However, he is a very easy going dog in the right environment.
Jasper definitely needs an adult home, with not too many visitors and lots of space as he’s energetic. We would prefer to do a couple of meet and greets with applicants before making a decision whether it was a good match, as we're sure applicants would too.
Jasper is fit and healthy, and who can be strong on the lead.
