Urgent: Ruby Desperately Needs a Loving Home
Ruby’s story is one of unimaginable pain and fear. At just 2 years old, this beautiful Malinois has been abandoned and left to suffer in a Spanish kill shelter, where her time is running out. When we first saw her, she was shaking uncontrollably—hungry, thirsty, and absolutely terrified. Her bright, loving spirit is slowly fading in the hopelessness of a place that sees no future for her.
Ruby is not just another dog. She’s gentle, friendly, and has so much love to give. Despite her past, she still trusts people and wants nothing more than to be part of a family that will cherish her. Ruby is toilet trained, walks well on a lead, and adores everyone she meets. Though she’s been tested by life, she remains playful, sociable, and ready for a second chance at happiness.
This kill shelter is overcrowded, and dogs like Ruby have little time. She’s been through so much and deserves a home where she can finally feel safe and loved. We know she would thrive with a family who can give her the care and warmth she’s never had. She has lived with children over 13 and gets along well with other dogs.

Adoption Cost: £395
£100 deposit when your application is approved.
£295 due when your dog is ready to travel from Spain to the UK.
This fee covers transport only. Vet care, vaccinations, microchipping, and kennel fees are currently covered by us and through donations. We are a non-profit group of volunteers and make no profit from adoptions. Payment plans can be arranged in extreme cases
We rescue dogs from Spanish kill shelters and UK pounds, many with set put-to-sleep dates. We never put a dog down ourselves and are dedicated to giving each dog a second chance at life.
