True to his namesake ‘Argus’ is a boy worthy of a god like adopter but instead he’s been treated like garbage & thrown away like a screwed up crisp packet. He’s held no meaning to anyone when in actual fact when his eyes meet yours the meaning of life might be located therein. He just makes you feel needed, important, at ease, peaceful & comforted in his gentle presence. He has an enchanting & soothing air when he sits for strokes & it feels miraculous given that he’s never been shown that kindness in return. He is the faithful dog of Odysseus if only he had a legend adopter to complete his arena. All that focus & affection has no where to go. Argus, who only has a name because I saw him, is a dog at risk because when the dice was rolled he was in the wrong place. He brings to the space, as miserable & boring as that space is, joyfulness, social skills, gentlemanly conduct, happiness around other dogs, understanding with children, stories about the cats he used to be around & so much heart for anyone who fusses him. Please do not only consider Argus but save him by making him yours
