Russell is the only BLACK, fully health tested, Standard F1 Goldendoodle who carries the parti gene currently advertised for stud on here!!!
He has a great health profile:
- hips (5:5); elbows (0:0) scored by the BVA
- his eyes checked by a BVA accredited eye specialist
- full clear DNA screening for all testable hereditary conditions associated with both Standard Poodle and Golden Retriever breeds via Animal Genetics, Cornwall.
We also know his KC registered parentage going back several generations.
He is a gentle, well-proven sire who produces strong litters of highly sought-after, healthy puppies in a range of colours: white, cream, apricot, caramel, black and parti.
Russell is superb around people of all ages including babies and toddlers and he carries himself with a real elegance - he turns heads and receives compliments every time we’re out.
His coat is mostly black with tiny white flecks running through it; it is soft with a loose curl and doesn’t shed.
He stands at 27” to his withers and weighs around 28kg. We keep him slim and well-groomed.

We offer 2x mating sessions within 48 hours as standard to maximise success; sight of all Russell’s health screening original certificates; access and rights to use photos from Mr Russell’s FB page; support throughout pregnancy; and our friendship❤️.
We are also able to offer home boarding (your girl can stay with us during her mating session), cytology to confirm timings for your girl, and AI each for an additional cost.
If unsuccessful or the pregnancy fails to produce a viable litter, we offer a repeat natural mating with a nominal additional charge of £100.
