ROXY – A Loving English Bulldog Desperately Seeking a New Home
📍 Located in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
ROXY is a beautiful, 1.5-year-old tan and white English Bulldog girl, weighing 27 kilos. She urgently needs a loving home due to her family’s new work commitments, which leave her alone for long hours. This sweet girl has been with her family since she was just 8 weeks old and deserves a life filled with love and companionship.

ROXY is currently at Foster. That's what family say about him: " Roxy is a huge snuggle bug! She's gentle, affectionate and loves nothing better than lying in your arms whilst snoozing, waking up for the odd lick of your ear. Roxy can easily be left up to 6 hours. She naps between happily playing with her own toys and will greet you with huge tail wags when you return. She loves her walks, is friendly with other dogs and has great recall although she would benefit from some more training as she can sometimes pull, she's an eager puppy after all! She enjoys meeting new people and spreads her love with everyone who visits."
ROXY’s Story:
ROXY’s family has had her since she was a puppy, but due to new work schedules, she is now left alone for 12–13 hours a day. It’s not fair for such a loving and sociable dog to spend so much time isolated. ROXY is looking for a home where she can be part of the family and enjoy the attention and interaction she craves.
More About ROXY:
This clever girl is house-trained, fully trained, and understands most commands. She’s great with food, sits well in the car, and only destroys her own toys (she loves her teddy bears!). ROXY walks on a harness but pulls a little, so continued training will help her improve.
ROXY loves other dogs and just wants to play. She’s also good with cats and has been brilliant around small children. She has no protective or possessive traits but has a quirky fear of the sweeping brush.

ROXY would thrive in a home where she’s not left alone for long hours. She needs a family who can provide the love, playtime, and attention she deserves. ROXY would be great in a household with children, other dogs, or even cats.

Health Information:
🐶 ROXY is generally healthy, though her eyes can get bloodshot, and her nose may redden when she’s in the grass. This is easily managed with Piriton, as recommended by her vet. Roxy will be soon spayed. She is fully vaccinated.
