Substrate:
A mix of Coco-Coir fibre, Coco Peat, play sand and organic soil mix along with orchid bark chips.
This is inhabited with a Bio-Active live clean-up crew who will eat and consume the tortoise droppings decaying food and leaves - these are tropical Isopods and springtails though the springtail population seems to have nearly gone so may require topping up with some new ones!!
Misting kit:
Automatic USB pump and reservoir with twin misting nozzles connected to tank
These deliver a periodic rain effect to increase humidity levels - we usually have it spray around 4 times each 24hr period for 10-15second bursts.
