Description
Minnie has moved to a super foster home not far from where she was living. She plays endlessly with the pup in the home, though is sometimes a little intimidated with the big dogs. There has been no hint of the troubles she had in her adoptive home. Minne is walking out well with her dog pals. She has had a rural life to date. These are the words of her foster mum: 'Steve took her to town yesterday - a small market town - and reported that: cars are scary, lorries are terrifying, walking through a local pub was daunting, she didn't want to meet people. Steve was walking her with Lydia, who has got used to all the above and is bulletproof nowadays, so Minnie didn't freak out. Given that she is still pretty young, I think the ideal for her would be to go somewhere fairly quiet with one or two confident dogs, and with an experienced human who is able to support her to get braver. At home she is now really happy, she loves charging around with the puppy, and she boings through the local fields off lead very happily." Minnie is a dear sweet little girl. We had taken her to our village house in Romania after another rescuer had dumped her in a local fosterplace and then failed to pay her care. At that stage too, we had to amputate part of her tail. Minnie's wee nose twitches a bit like a mouse's due to puppyhood parvo but you would need to look to really notice this.
