Sadly due to no fault of his or hers own. we are not sure of the sex but I believe she is female. Vicki/victor or as or granddaughter calls her Vitty is looking for a new home. She is a very gentle girl. Who loves the outside. But we don’t have the room to build her a permanent shelter plus there are far too many rats in our area.(Birmingham city centre) for me to feel I could build something rat proof even if I did have the room.

she has out grown her indoor table. And It’s unfair on her.
she needs more space. Unfortunately for her, her previous owner did not have any idea on husbandry for a tortoise so she had suffered some pyramiding. With the correct lights and diet this has settled down. She will never have a smooth shell now though bless her. But I still think she is beautiful. She eats weeds, Dandelion,planting,etc plus any others safe tortoise weeds that are about. She also eats lamb’s lettuce and mixed leaf salad. She love cucumber and the very odd treat of a bite of fruit. She will come with her lights,heat lamp and UVA light the tube is only one month old so should be alright for a couple of more months. She as never been hibernated. She is 9 years old and I have had her for 3 years.Any thing you want to know please ask. I have the Article 10 certificate from DEFRA for her
