Hi i have a fully tame female cockatoo called Luna, previous owner was unsure of age but raised from baby and she thinks she is roughly 8-10years old these amazing birds can live to 60+ if kept happy and healthy, she loves hiding and berrying herself under blankets and she sleeps in a cat bed in her cage, she loves her cuddles and kisses and will just snuggle up under ur chin, she walks with alot of sass and has a funny bounce in her step, she is very funny with the crazy head bops she does. Amazing character and personality But I really must stress that she has to be an ONLY bird as she doesn't like other birds and can do alot of damage if she gets hold of one, hence this very hard decision to part with her.. Its breaking her heart to see her go but as she has 2 other parrots and Luna keeps going to attack them she has no other option. ONLY a 5 star home will be accepted and a video home check will need to be done or she won't be going anywhere, she needs someone who will love and look after her, she can not be shut in a cage as she loves to free Rome. Cages are fine for sleeping at night in and if you wasn't at home but please let her out the cage for cuddles and affection all the time you are home.. anymore question etc please ask away.
