It is with great sadness that we are having to sell our Blue Headed Pionus. He's a stunning bird who is tame with both men and women. Loves a good tickle and steps up beautifully. He steps onto arm or wrist (not hand) but is not afraid of hands at all. That's just his thing!
He is only 3 years old.
He loves to be out of his cage and involved in whatever's going on. He'll happily travel around on your shoulder. He can fly but he's a bit of a perch potato. He loves playing on the floor. Good with kids and dogs. He has never bitten us. He's a big bird but not overly noisy.
We are looking for a great home for him where he can spend lots of time out of his cage and get lots of interaction.
For sale due to no fault of his own.
