Excellent. Even after collection he made sure to check in on the puppy and follow up to make sure there were no issues. He really cares for his puppies, we were given a full list of instructions and even a YouTube playlist for his sleep music! 10/10

Great communication answered all of our questions promptly kept us updated with the puppy with pictures. Was very thorough and sent us home with lots of goodies for the puppy. Puppy is doing well so far settled in at home
