Hugo had an owner in Romania, unfortunately in Romania having an owner doesn't mean you are loved and cared for. Hugo’s owner threw him out of the house where he was grabbed by the horrid dog catcher and taken to the kill shelter.
Team FAR saw his gorgeous little face and decided we had to help him.
Hugo arrived in foster in Dorset on 10th March and this is what his foster mum says:
