This is a very sad day. Unfortunately we need to find a more appropriate home for our boy, Benji.
He’s a lovely dog; nearly 9 months old Patterjack, born of a smooth coat black Paterdale sire bred with white and brown Parsons Jack Russel bitch. Born 31st May 2024.
He’s loving and loyal, entirely non-aggressive, has the waggiest of all tails and a gorgeous cheeky face. He trains well and easily, good with sitting and focus work etc but unfortunately for us, he’s a bundle of energy we just can’t contain. I’ve owned a Patterdale before so didn’t go in blind but I think my old one must’ve been unusual in so much as he was very placid and calm by comparison, whereas Benji is very high energy!
Ideally, he needs to be on a farm or a smallholding where he can get more exercise than we can give him. He’s great with other dogs and loves people so not an issue, just needs a vent for all that energy.
If you think you can give him a loving home with that kind of environment, please get in touch, we’ll want to see where he’s going and make sure he’ll be ok, I can’t have him going through any more upheaval than necessary.
