Hello all. Here we have little Biscuit, he was the third born in a litter of 4 (2 girls and 2 boys) by my beautiful pet Maltipoo Cookie. It is her first and last litter.
Biscuit was born with a Cleft Palate on his soft and hard palate and defied all odds surviving and thriving despite being advised several times at birth to pts, he wanted to live, he was a little fighter and is a tiny but mighty little guy. And because it was clear he wanted to live, I didn’t give up on him, I hand reared him, feeding him myself every 2 hours being extra careful so he didn’t contract aspiration pneumonia, I weaned him onto Royal Canin puppy biscuits earlier than all his siblings and he has been thriving on them. I still to this day feed him his biscuits by hand, and lucky for me he has an amazing appetite and is a pleasure to feed. It’s a lovely bonding moment for us. He is super smart and already knows to sit, stay, pee and poo on his puppy pads.
Biscuit has is both crate and playpen trained, and puppy pad trained. He will come home with all of his belongings so he can adjust comfortably to his new home. He sleeps all through the night in his crate (we have two, one for the playpen in the living room and one in our bedroom and he will come with both so you can have the same set up) He is a real joy and loves human attention and fuss, very loving and very playful.
Biscuit will be best suited to a home with an experienced owner with dogs with disabilities, maybe someone who is a vet or works in a vet where they can take him, or someone who works from home and where he will be the only dog as he thrives best with one on one time with his human/s. He is an extremely special baby and needs a very special home who can carry on the level of care I have raised him with. He manages fine with his condition, he eats his kibble well and drinks water well.
He is fully vaccinated, vet checked and microchipped. Please only enquire if you can provide Biscuit with a forever home where you will regularly keep in touch with me for updates. I look forward to hearing from anyone suitable.
His price reflects his care, microchip, vaccinations and all his belongings making him easy to settle into his forever home.
