It is with a heavy heart we are having to rehome our beautiful girl Xena. This decision hasn't been made lightly but unfortunately due to having new work commitments and a toddler at home we don't think she is getting what she deserves from our family.
Xena will be 5 in July. She is healthy, happy, extremely loving, loyal, and a bit daft at times! Her flea treatment, wormer and vaccinations are up to date. She is good with basic commands - sit, wait, no, down, walkies, etc and excellent with children. She hasn't been spayed.
We have 3 children at home, the youngest of which is 18 months old. Because of this, we have baby gates and restrict access to areas of our house and garden which we dont feel is fair for Xena not having free roam of where we live.
She loves people, is extremely cuddly and enjoys a snuggle on your lap. She is great on the lead (figure 8 lead/halti) but does have a tendency to pull like a train if the lead is attached to her collar. She loves the outdoors and going for walkies, running in the fields. She is not at all reactive to other dogs and very friendly and will mostly greet them with a play bow. Her recall is fairly good, but not if there's another doggy friend to distract her!
