UPDATE: Reopening this ad. I'm back from the holidays. The cats are staying at a friend's house near mine for the meantime but you can already contact me if you want to meet them first.
This is Akira & Dilbert. Akira is a 2.5yo white ragdoll with blue eyes while Dilbert is a 2yo striped British short hair cat with a stubby tail. Both are male cats, neutered and tagged.
They come as a PAIR. They need to be adopted TOGETHER.
They have completely different personalities but have grown up together. Akira is lazy and can be snobbish. Dilbert is playful but jumpy around strangers.
Both are litter trained and prefer to eat dry cat food. Akira has a sensitive stomach so he needs the sensitive variant. They both would eat the Purina Sensitive (Purple) brand but I mix it with other Purina cat food for different flavors (salmon, chicken or turkey).
They’re favorite treats are the blue Dental treats and those beef/chicken sticks.
Akira loves catnip and cat grass. He needs the cat grass as it helps with hairballs, typical for long haired cats. Cat grass typically grow in 2 weeks time from seeds. Dilbert ignores catnip and cat grass.
I’m putting them up for adoption because I would be leaving the country next year for family and health reasons. I can’t take them with me because it would be too expensive to fly them to my country and I need to save up when I return.
I need someone or better yet, a couple to adopt them. I do not ask for any price, they are NOT for sale. I only ask for them to be at a better home because they are very dear to me.
They need a home with a garden where they can play. Dilbert loves to roam around the neighborhood while Akira is just curious, looking around.
I live next to a busy road so I’m constantly worried about their safety so I’ll only chose people who can provide them with a safer place to play.
They have their water fountains and an automatic feeder (timed 6:30AM and 6:30PM) but they usually nibble in between.
Akira has his own catwheel too. Dilbert never uses it.
I will give the feeder, fountains, catwheel and their favorite litter box. Will also give the cat food so you also know which to buy.
I prefer a household with a couple or more people because the cats do love to cuddle.
I will ask a lot of questions for anyone interested just to be sure of the intention and if you are willing, you can even meet the cats.
They are both tagged/chipped so I would need to transfer their accounts & names to you.
I would take them with me or stay in the country and keep them if I can, if only my circumstance was different.
