Biscuit is a gentle, nervous girl currently thriving in her foster home – and now she’s ready to find her very own forever family.
At home, Biscuit is the definition of loving and affectionate. Once she’s built that all-important trust, you’ll see her true colours shine – she adores belly rubs, cosy cuddles in her bed, and being close to her humans. She’s got a heart of gold and a lot of love to give, she just needs someone patient and understanding to help her feel safe enough to share it.
Biscuit can be wary of new people and unfamiliar environments, so she’ll need a calm and steady approach to help her settle in. She’s a massive foodie, which is a big bonus when it comes to her training – but you’ll definitely need to keep an eye on where your snacks are stored!
In her foster home, Biscuit has been brilliant with the resident dog, often looking to her for confidence and reassurance, especially on walks. Because of this, Biscuit must be rehomed with at least one confident doggy companion who can continue to show her that the world isn’t so scary after all.
A quieter, rural environment would suit her best – somewhere with a nice, secure garden where she can play and relax without the stress of busy surroundings. Walks in quieter areas are more her speed, and she’d love a home where she can enjoy the outdoors on her own terms.
Biscuit finds children quite overwhelming and will retreat when they’re around, so she’s looking for an adult-only home without visiting little ones. She needs a peaceful setting where she can continue to build her confidence at her own pace.
