We are looking for a new home for our beautiful, hand-reared rainbow lorikeet. She’s 2 years old, has been raised by hand since she was a baby, and thrives on a liquid nectar and fruit diet. She is playful and likes to talk, some of the words she says are: hello Mimi, peekaboo, and bedtime. She is a passionate dancer and always makes us smile.
However, she does require time, attention, and an experienced parrot owner who can handle her energy and personality.
Please note, she can be loud, messy, and may bite if neglected, so it’s important that she finds a home with someone who can give her the care she needs. She spends most of the day outside of the cage therefore requiring lots of space to spread her wings. Her sex hasn't been tested so we are not sure if she's female.
She comes with her cage, food (Couple months worth of food. £60 of food (5kg) lasts a year), and toys.
