Meet Carlos, “Carlos absolutely lives for his walks and would suit someone active. He loves his food and enjoys pasta and rice mixed with his kibble. He enjoys the company of humans and enjoys a fuss and gives kisses" 💞
Carlos has met a 5 year old child who he was very calm and well behaved around. However, due to his guarding behaviours he would need to only live with Dog Savvy Children 14+ with sensible introductions 👶
Carlos accepts a collar, harness and lead and loves his walks so he gets very excited. He walks well on the lead with almost no pulling however he can be strong and will therefore need a home who can handle his strength. He has been to a secure field and has good recall 🐾
Carlos currently shares his home with other dogs who he is very good with, he enjoys playing with the larger dog with lots of tugging and boisterous play. Carlos can therefore live with another dog following sensible introductions 🐾
Carlos has met cats who he was very good with, he can however chase the birds and flies in the garden so he can therefore share his home with a dog savvy cat following slow and sensible introductions 🐈
Carlos is toilet trained and sleeps in his crate overnight. He can be left alone in his crate during the day for up to 4 hours, he will bark at first for a few minutes but he soon settles. Carlos is very good in the car and will jump straight in, he can bark at other dogs he sees through the window 💞
