Jess is a beautiful 9yr old Cocker Spaniel ❤️
This gorgeous, submissive and shy girl came in to our rescue as an emergency and is now in a foster home where she’s settled really well. She's a quiet, gentle girl, not your usual fussy, giddy spaniel due to her past and was a little underweight at first but she's now just about back to full strength with some good quality food and gentle exercise. She has had a sad life so far, being kept in a shed for most of her years but thanks to one caring person, she was rescued from that horrible life and brought to our rescue. We have worked with her since and made sure she has had everything she needs. She's such a lovely girl who's a bit timid at times, especially around loud noises but doesn't show any aggression at all and just cowers. She's good with other dogs but would need a calmer, respectful dog not one that's harassing her all the time. She'd like a quieter, calm home with no young children under 8yrs. She will also need a very secure garden. Jess isn't a giddy, energetic type yet, she likes her bed but once she gains confidence we're sure that will change. Jess walks nice on a lead and would prefer a quieter more rural environment. She can be left alone for a few hours with no issues.
