Description
Jenny is a beautiful sight-hound type dog (probably a Whippet cross). She is looking for a home with at least one female human she can bond with, and would prefer another dog for companionship. Jenny has been fine with children, but may not be ok with cats due to her breed type.
This elegant lady loves running around and playing in the garden, so she will need a secure garden where she can do this. Preferably, she'd love another dog who will enjoy running around with her.
Jenny isn't a fan of being left alone for long periods of time, and she would prefer being left for a maximum of 4 hours, if on a regular basis. This may be where it would be best for her to have another dog around for reassurance.
We're not sure about her past, but she is sadly quite wary of men. Therefore she will need a female in the home who will be her main carer, and any males would need to be patience and gentle with her until they gained her trust.
This delicate lady also has a delicate stomach. Her foster family have found that a raw diet is the only thing that doesn't upset her tummy.
At night time, Jenny loves snoozing on the sofa and having a cuddle. She is happy to sleep in her crate overnight, but doesn't enjoy being trapped in it during the day.
Jenny is brilliant on walks, and loves socialising with other dogs... especially if they'll engage in a game of chase! Whoopee!
