Bertie was rescued in Cyprus and flew to a home in the UK 2 years ago.
His family no longer have the time for him and feel he deserves a life with a family who have more time to devote to him. He is currently living near Hoddesdon.
Here is a little about him:
Bertie is loving and loyal, and playful, He loves his food and treats and a nice rug by the fire. He is a medium sized boy weighing around 17kg.
He can be a little nervous around new people but once the treats come out very quickly warms to them.
He is house trained and also loves his crate which he uses as his bed.
Bertie is currently living with 3 cats and an older female dog. He gets on well with them all.
He is used to younger kids visiting and enjoys being with them and the attention they give him.
He has little experience of cars but is very happy to travel on a bus so we think he will be okay in a car too!
Bertie is looking for a new family who will have time to help him settle into their home, play with him and then start enjoying outdoor adventures with him.

He has been neutered and microchipped and was fully vaccinated when he entered the UK.
Minimum adoption donation of £275 applies.
ADOPTION IS SUBJECT TO A SATISFACTORY APPLICATION AND HOME CHECK.
Post adoption support is available from our rescue.
Our rescue must be informed at any time of a change in circumstances and our dog returned to one of our volunteers where required and when space is available. Bertie must never be handed over to any UK Rescue or sold or adopted on without our knowledge. We will always endeavour to rehome our dogs when necessary.
