Please take time to read all the way through - it’s important to me that my puppies will only go to the very best and loving homes, with people that can afford to give a Labradoodle all the time, love and attention they require and more, and the best quality of life. It will not be on the grounds of

🐾 Introducing Lexi (The Dam):
🐩 🐩 🐩
Lexi is a stunning example of the Labrador breed—her sleek black coat shines beautifully, and she
is known for her loving nature. Lexi is 2 years old, standing at 24 inches tall and weighing 40kg. Lexi has a balanced, athletic stature and is extremely affectionate, always seeking attention and giving love in return.
Genetic Testing Results for Lexi:
Lexi has undergone extensive genetic testing, and I am pleased to share the results, which confirm
that she is clear of a wide range of inherited genetic conditions. Below are some of the key conditions she was tested for:
• Hereditary Nasal Parakeratosis (Greyhound) - Clear
• Hereditary Vitamin D-Resistant Rickets Type II - Clear
• Hyperuricosuria (Hyperuricemia) - Clear
• Hypocatalasia (Reduced Catalase Activity) - Clear
• Hypomyelination (Demyelination) - Clear
• Juvenile Laryngeal Paralysis and Polyneuropathy - Clear
• Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) - Clear
• Von Willebrand's Disease Type 1 - Clear
• X-Linked Hereditary Nephropathy - Clear
• Xanthinuria - Clear
This extensive testing ensures that Lexi is free from a range of hereditary diseases and mutations,
making her an excellent breeding candidate. Her clear genetic profile contributes to her overall
health and well-being, and it allows us to confidently plan for a healthy litter.

🐾 Introducing Chewy (The Sire):
Chewy is a 4-year-old, KC-registered cafe au lait Poodle with an impressive health record. He
stands at 28 inches and weighs 29kg.
Chewy has Champion Poodle in his bloodline from his parents, boasting excellent genetics and
health. This champion pedigree nature is a guarantee that these puppies will inherit superior traits in
both temperament and appearance.
Chewy has a calm, laid-back temperament and has already sired many successful litters. His cafe
au lait coloring (a light, diluted chocolate) will bring a beautiful range of coat colors to this litter.
Health and Genetic Testing for Chewy:
• Clear of multiple inherited conditions (CEA, MRD, TRD, CHC, PHPV, PLA, and more).
• Clear of PRA with no inherited mutations, ensuring healthy eyes and vision.
• His calm and friendly temperament makes him an ideal companion and a great match for Lexi.
🐾 The Litter:
We are now opening the waiting list for this special F1 Labradoodle litter. These puppies will be
ready for rehoming at 12 weeks old, and we are committed to finding the right homes for them.
• Colour: We expect a variety of colours. The exact colours will depend on the genetic
combination from both Lexi and Chewy, but until they are born there is no telling what
colours to expect.
• Size: These Labradoodles will be medium-sized, expected to grow to 20 to 35kg.
• Coat: The puppies will inherit hypoallergenic, low-shedding coats, making them great for
families with allergies.
🐾 What You Can Expect:
This will be a carefully planned litter, and we want to ensure that each puppy goes to a loving,
responsible home. Here’s what you can expect:
• Microchipped for safety.
• Vet-checked before going home.
• Fully weaned and ready to start their new journey with you.
• A puppy pack containing a scent cloth, food, toys, food diary, and copies of all health tests,
certificates and a vet-book (which can be changed to your own once registered)
• Regular updates: You’ll be able to follow the journey of your puppy from pregnancy to
birth, with weekly updates, photos, and videos.
🐾 Puppy Care:
During Lexi's pregnancy, she will receive optimal care, including a tailored diet and exercise plan
to ensure the best health for her and the puppies. After birth, Lexi and her puppies will receive 24/7 care. We will begin early socialization, including acclimatizing the puppies to water from 3 weeks old and encouraging with best efforts that they are paper-trained before they go to their new homes. We work closely with Chewy’s owner to ensure the puppies receive the best possible care, and we continue to stay in touch throughout the puppies’ development. Many of Chewy’s offspring have gone on to become assistance dogs, family companions, and working dogs, and some have even moved internationally!
🐾 What’s Included with Your Puppy:
• Free Insurance: We’ll help set up insurance for your puppy to give you peace of mind.
• 48-Hour Vet Check: As part of the adoption contract, you’ll need to take your new puppy to
your vet within 48 hours for a full health check.
• Going-Home Hamper: Each puppy will go home with a hamper filled with treats, food for
their first week, toys, and a blanket with the scent of their littermates to help ease the
transition.
🐾 Considerations Before Getting a Labradoodle:
Labradoodles are an incredible breed, but they are not a low-maintenance dog. Their coats require
daily attention to prevent matting, so regular grooming or visits to a professional groomer are necessary. You should also consider the cost of insurance, vet visits, and general care.
🐾 Price & Availability:
Puppies will be ready for their new homes at 12 weeks old. A deposit is required to reserve your
puppy, and as this litter is expected to be highly sought-after, we encourage you to reach out soon to
secure your spot on the waiting list.
