9 year old 11.3 hands pony for sale.
This pony is looking for a confident young rider to enjoy her.
We have had Rosie for 18 months brought for my young children to mess around with on the farm and take to riding club.
Rosie needs a rider who is happy to give her confidence and reassurance that she is lacking which she does not get from my young children.
We have done a lot with Rosie in the time we have had her but my children do get nervous which does not make a good combination.
She needs an experienced home to bring her on. She is sweet natured, never bitten or kicked out.
Good with the farrier and jabs up to date. A sweet little mare who is happy to live in or out.
Lots of pictures and videos on request.
Rosie can be hard to catch in the field without a head collar. I usually have a treat in my pocket at the ready.
We have only hacked her in company.
Rosie does not like change and can be unsure of new people and surroundings (although has always been well behaved at riding club.)
She jumps but can over jump which I think comes does to her being nervous.
We have got her loading well into the trailer but can be a bit unsure to start with and does like company.
Does not like to be bathed but will stand for hours being groomed. Happy to have her main pulled.
I plait her tail when the grass grows as she can be a bit messy. This seems to avoid the problem.
