Here we have my stunning savannah bosc monitor lizard. His name is Bosco.
Bosco absolutely loves his food, I encourage natural feeding instead of feeding from a bowl. Have never had an issue with impaction etc. Fed on a staple diet of morio worms, mealworms, dubia roaches and very occasionally day old chicks.
Bosco does have a small burn mark on his back from an incident with the previous owner. When he came into my care he was not friendly or tame in the slightest. Lots of work has gone into him and he does free roam daily.
He is friendly and will let you pick him up, he will also come to you and rest with you but he will also tell you when he has had enough, he does this by huffing.
