Lemon and Tiger are brother and sister and just turned 5 years old. They are hand tame, and happily come out of their cage to fly about and then sit on pitches on top of their cage, they have never tried to fly out, even when kids have left the door open. We usually open the cage once in the evening, and they then put themselves to bed once they’ve had enough. They’ll sit on your finger (approach slowly), and after a week or so, you’ll have them standing on your head, sitting on your shoulder. They will hand feed, especially millet. The more you play with them, the more tame they become. My daughters are at the age when they ignore them, so it would be great if they could go to a home where they get the attention that they deserve. We don’t want anything for the birds or the cage. If you want the large branch perch, I didn’t but that long ago for £100, so I’d like £25 for that, but it’s optional. I’ve also got a big box of millet that I’ll include. I also have a smaller cage that’s useful for if you need to have them looked after.
