1) After leaving my full time surgical veterinary assistant job, I’m now a full time mother and I miss having guinea pigs!
Absolute favourites of mine, currently having the shed done out for them and going away end of the month so the plan is to buy a couple female piggies after I come back.
2) I don’t go on the breed of the piggie, it’s more for what my heart is set on when I see them.
I’m happy to have a male neutered guinea pig with a few females and happy to buy them all at once but preferably females.
If you message please only send pictures of the females, unless you have a neutered male please provide paperwork of proof.
3) Please let me know if you have treated them (flea,mites) and when just so I know whether I need to treat them straight away or buy the treatment myself for when they next need it.
4) Age doesn’t bother me, temperament doesn’t bother me as I’ll be home so I can work with them.
Illness doesn’t bother me, just please provide me with full details so I’m able to provide full care that is needed and for example if they don’t like certain things or being touched certain areas please let me know so I don’t cause anymore stress.
If they are crazy and like to jump, again please let me know because my last one was an escape artist no matter what I did lol and I can put things in place.
(If they are babies it doesn’t matter I’ll learn the temperament myself).
5) Happy and willing to travel a good distance so please don’t lie as I have worked with animals and had guinea pigs before so when I health check them when I turn up it’ll be pretty obvious! Iv had people lie before and wasted my time.
Again, don’t care on the illnesses, age or temperament just be honest so I’m able to give them care and set up the home before they arrive so it’s suitable for them, you’ll know them better than me so I’ll be going off what you say.
