🇺🇦🐾 Give Me A Safe Haven 🐾🇺🇦 ❤️🐶 MARILYN & NINA - Separately or Together ❤️🐶 🏠 LOOKING FOR FOSTER OR FOSTER TO ADOPT 🏠 🇬🇧 Arrival due on Friday 20th of September 🌟 RBU and post-adoption support provided 🐶 MARILYN and NINA are two tender souls, beautiful small/small-to-medium sisters, each about 8 months old and already fully grown. They are ready to join the Happy Doggy Bus to the UK in mid-September, but they need a place to call home or a committed foster. It’s easy to adopt easy dogs, but these girls are for dedicated, kind people who wish to receive the great reward of love and loyalty: rescue them, and they will rescue you from any grief or heartache. SIZE: Small to Small-Medium [39-40 cm shoulder height / 12 kg] SPAYED/NEUTERED: Not yet (recommended after first season / Spay agreement applies) CHARACTER HIGHLIGHTS: Shy, Gentle, Affectionate, Playful DOGS: Loves other dogs, benefits from a gentle canine companion CATS: Not tested CHILDREN: Suitable for older children (10+ years) Rescue Story: 🐶 The story of MARILYN and NINA is one of both heartbreak and hope. These sweet girls, along with their mother, LIRA, were found in the most unimaginable circumstances. LIRA, with her tiny, weeks-old puppies, had been cruelly thrown into a deep ground well, a place where people discarded their trash, in a small Ukrainian village. We do not know how long they had been there, but one day, someone heard faint cries and called for help. When volunteers arrived, they found the hole so deep that they couldn't reach the family, forcing them to return the next day with proper equipment. It was then that MARILYN, NINA, one more sister, and their mother were finally brought to safety. We can only imagine the hardship they endured before they were rescued, as it left a lasting mark on their tender hearts, which can be healed only with love. Detailed Information: 🐶 Since their rescue, MARILYN and NINA have been living in a wonderful foster home, where they have their own garden house to shelter them from the sun and rain, and a large, fenced grassy area where they can play and run freely during the day. Despite all the love and care they’ve received, their traumatic past still lingers, leaving them lacking confidence. They have made great strides, but they remain cautious around new people and environments. Just a few months ago, they would hide at the mere sight of a stranger, but now they watch curiously from a short distance, even wagging their tails. Though they may not yet approach for cuddles, they are beginning to take treats from new hands, showing the first signs of trust. 🐶 MARILYN and NINA are gentle souls who have so much love to give, but they will need a patient and understanding family who can give them the time they need to come out of their shells. They are incredibly affectionate once they start trusting and will thrive in a calm and supportive environment. They are also very good with other dogs and will greatly benefit from having a gentle and playful canine friend who can guide them in exploring the world. Dogs learn quickly from one another, and having a confident companion will help MARILYN and NINA adjust faster and more easily to their new surroundings. 🐶 Both girls love to play with toys and other dogs, but they are calm and not overly energetic, often enjoying naps throughout the day. They are not demanding and would prefer a home with a secure, grassy garden where they can spend their time. Given their sensitive nature, a quiet household with older children (10+) would be ideal, as they may feel uneasy around loud or fast movements. They have been fully housetrained for months, with no accidents, and they have started leash walks, though they will need slow and gentle introductions to new experiences. 🐶 If you have a heart full of patience and love, and you’re looking for a gentle companion, MARILYN or NINA could be the perfect addition to your family. They need a home where they can feel safe, loved, and supported. In return, they will reward you with a lifetime of affection and loyalty, gradually blossoming into the loving, playful dogs they were always meant to be. 🐶 MARILYN and NINA are fully healthy. They are not yet spayed as recommended after their first season (Spay agreement applies). They have all core vaccines done and are microchipped. All dogs are C.Brucella tested before the trip (owners will receive a licensed laboratory test certificate).
