Meet Cooper:
Cooper is a sweet, affectionate boy who’s ready to give all the love he has – he just needs a family who can help him build confidence and thrive. Although Cooper may be a bit uncertain in social situations, his loving nature shines through once he feels comfortable. He’s looking for a family that can offer him patience, guidance, and a little extra TLC to help him flourish in the outside world.
What We’re Looking For:
Cooper will thrive in a home with a calm, confident female dog or as an only dog. He has a strong preference for human attention and is quite determined to get his fair share, often nudging other dogs out of the way when it’s cuddle time! While he’s a total sweetheart with people, he can be a little uncertain around male dogs, so a peaceful and supportive home will be ideal for him. We’re also seeking a family who is willing to work with Cooper on building his confidence and supporting him in becoming comfortable with the world around him.
What Cooper is Like:
- Affectionate & Loving: Cooper is a total cuddle bug who loves
human attention. His gentle nature means he’s always ready to show you affection once he feels safe. He’s got a heart full of love to give!
- Sensitive: Cooper can find new experiences and the outside world a bit intimidating. He’s looking for a family that will help him gain confidence and provide the support he needs to feel safe and secure.
-Needs a Confident Companion: Cooper would do best living with a calm, confident female dog who can offer reassurance and companionship.
He would also thrive as the only dog in the home, where he can get all the attention that he loves so much.
Cooper is a truly special dog who needs a family that understands his needs and is patient enough to help him build confidence. He may be a little nervous in new situations, but with the right family, he will continue to grow into a more confident, well-adjusted dog.
