We are looking for homes for our two flocks of hens.
The first flock is pure breed cream Legbar with an unrelated cockerel, there are 7 hens which are coming up for three years old and the cockerel is just over a year old. They have produced lovely strong chicks this year with very clear markings (they are an auto sexing breed) I’d like £70 for the 7 hens and the cockerel, the cockerel is well behaved as been raised by my children- his name is Thor. Please note they are currently in heavy moult so looking a bit rough and not laying, I’ve priced them low because of this but they are our family pets and we want them to go together.
The second flock is younger, all just over a year old, all female-5 Derbyshire redcaps, 1 Welsummer and two
Please note they are also having a heavy moult at the moment and egg production has slowed. I’d like £100 for this flock which is priced low because of them currently being in moult. Again these are family pets and must go together as a group of 7.
All the chickens are well and have never had any issues, we will also be selling the Omlet coops and runs that we have but they will be available to the persons who want to buy the hens first. Both are Omlet cubes and one is. Mk1 and the other a mk2 with autodoor and long run. Please get in touch about prices for these if interested.
