This truly beautiful girl is a 3 year old Swiss Shepherd.
Selkie is a super dog, affectionate and loving towards her family. She enjoys playing with her dog friends, and walks well on lead. She's an active dog who loves a good run off-lead, but sometimes her prey drive can trump her recall, so this needs some work.
Selkie does have her challenges. While she has lived happily with another dog, she can be reactive toward dogs she doesn't know. Equally, she is anxious and nervous around new people, and displays some separation anxiety.
Selkie needs to feel safe, and is looking for a confident, experienced owner with knowledge of this or similar shepherding breeds. Someone who can give her the time, training, and exercise she needs to become the best and happiest dog she can be.
Selkie needs an adult-only home, and is not suited to living with cats.
