Lelo is an adorable, semi hand-reared, and very naughty little prince with thousands of daily demands. If you think you can resist his charm, think again!
A Gourmet Bird with Refined Taste 🍽️
Lelo starts his mornings with a finely chopped salad of fresh spinach, watercress and lettuce, topped with grated boiled egg, grated carrot and a sprinkle of millet (presentation matters!).
Lunch? Only the best! A spray of millet and a mix of high-quality seeds, but here’s the catch! it must be Johnston & Jeff brand. No other brands are worthy of his royal approval.
Dinner? A princely feast of baby corn and sugar snap peas (green pea, not sugar, obviously!).
And, of course, every meal must be enjoyed in front of his tablet, watching his favourite show: lovebird videos! 🎬💛
A Bird with Standards 🏡
Lelo was dramatically evicted from the nest by his mighty mother (wielding the divine power of her beak!). She decided he was old enough to eat on his own so, off he went! Since then, he has been searching for a family that will honour his royal requests and provide the comfort he rightfully deserves.
Super Clean & Fancy Bathing Habits 🚿
Lelo is a very tidy bird. He bathes three times a week but, only under a bird shower! (Forget bowls of water, those are for commoners!) But beware: NEVER use a human shower, as the strong water pressure can be dangerous for birds.
No Cages, Please! 🚫
Lelo has never been caged and treasures his freedom above all else. If you plan to keep him locked up 24/7, then he's not the bird for you. He enjoys sitting beside his human during meals, watching his favourite videos, and being part of the family.
A Lover of Greenery 🌿
Lelo has a refined taste for live plants! His favourite snacks include basil, mint, and pineapple plants. But be careful! Most houseplants are toxic to birds, so make sure he only has access to bird-safe greenery.
