This is Maui, our 5 year old tabby boy who is neutered, chipped and recently vet checked.
Since being neutered, Maui has gone from wanting to always be outside, using us just as a base, to being much keener to be inside with lots of attention, which has seen a sharp increase in discord between him and our dog.
Unfortunately this stress is getting too much for the pair of them, and we have made the sad decision to find Maui a new home where he can sit in the sun in peace with a cat flap where he can come and go. He’s never bought an animal in which I think is a big plus and loves a good stroke (increasing more since being neutered!)
This isn’t an easy choice but we need to do what’s right by him and want to ensure that he goes to the right home..
