Rottweilers, often referred to as 'Rotties', are robust, powerful dogs known for their distinctive black-and-rust coat. Rottweilers generally have a short double coat that's black with clearly defined rust-colored markings. They do not come in size variations, but adult males can weigh up to 135 pounds, and females up to 100 pounds.
